We ship domestic and international through USPS and UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Monaedesigns is operated by a small team. Once orders are processes, different shipping options are available.

Can I cancel my order?
Decided you no longer want your candles? No worries. All orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Can I exchnage my order?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, an exchange is possible. Just contact us. This is only applicable after 15 days of purchase.
